  “Live cockroach infestation observed inside kitchen premises on storage racks.”

• Storage and refrigeration

  “Some of the food articles stored inside the refrigerator were not covered and not labelled properly.”

• Expired stock

  “Expired food articles of Dark Soya Sauce, Puratos Brand Premix, Vanilla flavouring agents were found beyond Use by dates/Expiry date. Hence discarded on the spot.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Flooring and walls inside kitchen found with broken tiles and uneven surface leading to water stagnation.”

• Records and certificates

  “Medical fitness certificates for food handlers & Water analysis report for water used in food preparation not available.”

• Labelling

  “Biscuits and other bakery items prepared, packed and sold at the said premises found without proper label on them.”
