High Spirit Restaurant

In a post dated 27 May 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting High Spirit Restaurant, Bypass Road, Khammam, on 26 May 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

• Labelling

  “Improperly labeled Dryfruits Saunf (5kg) and Coconut Powder (5kg) was seized.”

• Adulteration

  “Chilli of substandard quality was seized. Samples sent to lab.”

• Expired stock

  “Expired food articles found & discarded”

• Food handlers

  “Food handlers found without haircaps, gloves and aprons. Annual medical records of food handlers were not found.”

• Storage and refrigeration

  “Improper storage of veg and non-veg food in refrigerator, prepared and semi-prepared food without cover observed.”
